When at Spoon University, I was asked to develop a recipe and video series that would excite their fun-loving, food-obsessed audience. I came up with a series that touched on the nostalgia of many Americans, creating recipes inspired by the beloved PB&J Sandwich.

When Spoon University needed someone to get on the latest food news, I'd be there with my camera, my mic, and an eager, empty stomach. I was also responsible for post-production, editing videos to fit their college-oriented, somewhat cheeky style.
