The Task

Redesign Nurture Life’s direct-to-consumer Kids Meal and Finger Food packaging to align with its brand refresh, adjusting layout, color, hierarchy, and messaging. With over 50 different meals to consider, the format had to be replicable while allowing for differentiation between each meal.

Because of the magnitude of this project, I worked as both creative director and co-designer. The graphic designer I manage and I divided the project up—I focused on Finger Foods, and she focused on Kids Meals. We then worked separately and together to come up with proposed designs that fit the brief while creating a unified look across the two product lines. We presented four rounds of designs to key stakeholders, refining and revising based on feedback.

Once we aligned on the final base design, I created a timeline for us to adapt all 50+ SKUs to the new design. I also managed the execution and rollout of new packaging, ensuring the website, ad assets, emails, social assets, and physical packaging were ready to go.
